Celebrate the Spring Equinox!
Enjoy a moment to honor the turning of the seasons and the invitation to begin anew. This sacred day is a powerful time to shed what no longer serves you and plant the seeds of your true essence, aligning with the energy of growth and renewal.
Guided by three incredible women, this immersive workshop offers a journey to reconnect with your body, mind, and soul through powerful embodiment practices:
Transformational Breathwork: Release stagnant energy, stress, and old beliefs, creating space for the new to take root.
Guided NIA Dance: Move, groove, and feel the freedom of self-expression as you awaken joy and connection in your body.
Yoga Nidra: Enter deep restorative rest, integrating your intentions and solidifying what you want to blossom in your life.
What to Bring:
Water bottle
Mug for tea (provided)
Blanket and layers for dancing, then resting
Journal and pen
Anything else that brings comfort, like a pillow or eye pillow
Optional yoga mat (we'll be on soft martial arts mats)

Directions: Find us at 210-2544 Enterprise Way. Park in the lot between Honda and BMW dealerships. Head to the front entrance located ON Enterprise Way (by the sidewalk). Walk through the glass doors, go up to the second floor, and walk down the hallway past Iron Nation gym. At the end of the hallway, you'll find AF Academy on the right.
