Gather with Laura Gotlin and Kimberly Steinmetz for an evening of wellness to awaken within all that has become stagnant and dormant during the winter season.
We'll begin with warming breathwork and a vinyasa yoga practice for all-levels with the option to practice in the pool.
Afterwards, hop onto a raft for a floating sound bath experience with an essential oil infused eye mask.
The vibrations from the sound bowls and other healing instruments will help to break up and free stuck energy while soothing you into a parasympathetic state (rest, digest and heal).
At the end of the evening enjoy a detoxifying green smoothie and leave with a wellness gift bag!
