About this Event

Spring Awakening is an immersive and transformative experience that offers individuals the opportunity to reset and recharge and emerge with a renewed sense of clarity, purpose, and vitality.

As the spring season approaches, it's the perfect time to renew and connect with your inner self. Spring Awakening is a half-day retreat that will allow you to do just that. The retreat is designed to help you release old patterns and connect with the energy of the season, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized.

The day will begin with a Slow Flow to Yin Yoga class, a gentle and meditative practice that will help you release tension and create space in the body. In the yin yoga practice, you will hold poses for an extended period of time, allowing for a deep release and connection to your inner self.

Following the yoga practice, we will move into an Embodiment practice. This practice will help you connect with your breath, your body, and your inner wisdom. Through guided movement and breathwork, you will cultivate a sense of grounding and presence, allowing you to access your inner strength and wisdom.

The afternoon session will begin with a Breathwork practice. Breathwork is a powerful tool for releasing stress and tension from the body and mind, and connecting with your inner self. You will be guided through different breathing techniques to help you feel more energized, calm, and centered.

We will then move into an Intention Setting practice. This practice will allow you to set clear intentions for the spring season, based on your desires and aspirations. You will be guided through a meditation to help you connect with your intentions.

The day will conclude with Seasonal Practices, where you will learn about different practices to help you feel more connected to the energy of the season. These may including self-care practices that will help you stay grounded and centered throughout the spring.

This retreat is open to all levels; no prior experience with yoga, breathwork, or meditation is necessary. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to these practices, this retreat is designed to support you in your journey toward inner renewal and transformation. All we ask is that you come willing and open to participate in this journey of deep relaxation, self-exploration, and renewal with us.

In a world that never stops moving, taking the time to slow down and focus on our well-being is a true luxury. The ORA Circle retreats are unique and carefully curated to provide transformative experiences.
