You do not want to miss this... and even make special plans to block out time to attend this open mic :) Christina hosts the first ever "Spring Formal" Poetry Cauldron Open mic. As the name suggests, this open mic is intended to be celebration of various poetic forms...

- We encourage you to come out in your flashiest "formal" attire and share a poem in a "poetic form" that:
- you have not tried before
- or is something that you love dearly
- or challenge the audience to identify your poetic form
Important to remember that all usual rules apply (reasonable length etc )

The Wednesday before (3/19), we will have a list of unique poetic forms if you need a "poetic form suggestion", you can randomly choose one for this open mic...

We will have themed decorations... a "poetic form" counter and giveaways associated with poetic forms :)
A special night that could serve as an unofficial precursor for the "National Poetry Month, April"
