Expert presentations from multiple local lenders, home inspectors, attorneys, Realtors, and so much more, all lead by Community Foundations CDC, Inc., a HUD-Certified Housing Counseling Agency. During this session we will cover: down payment assistance programs, first time homebuyer programs, building and repairing credit, budgeting, the 4 C's of Underwriting, home inspections and what to look for, reviewing closing documents, and SO much more! Bring your pen and paper for notes and your hunger for information (and free food)!
