WELCOME to Edge4Vets!
We offer an in-person workshop where business mentors join us to guide you to translate your military strengths into "tools" for civilian success, then we'll connect you to hiring decision-makers at our partner companies to explore good jobs that can lead to great careers.
On Thursday, May 1 from 9:30am to 3pm, UMASS Boston will host us for our next in-person workshop sessions.

THREE STEPS to Career Success:
1. On May 1 business leaders and HR reps (decision makers from our partner companies) will work with you in small-groups to help you identify your strengths from the military, including Values and Skills, and translate them for the civilian workplace. We'll start you on a process to create a personal PLAN4SUCCESS to express your strengths.
2. Following the session we'll give you access to our the Edge4Vets online course for additional support for those who wish to refine what they learn in the workshop. Through a series of short videos and exercises, the course will guide you to refine your PLAN4SUCCESS from the workshop and finalize it before you submit it to us to earn your Certificate.
3. Also, we'll give all those who attend the workshop a list of the HR reps from our partner companies. You'll be able to contact them for help to MATCH your skills and interests from your personal PLAN to opportunities at their companies and line up interviews with decision-makers.
Once you complete this Edge4Vets investment in yourself - you will have gained an "edge" to get hired.
