Rosemount residents are welcome to drop off items that are not normally collected by trash haulers, such as mattresses, appliances, tires, batteries, scrap metal and other construction material. The event is taking place between 8 a.m. - 12-p.m. in the East Lot of DCTC located at 1300 145th St. E.Note: Paper shredding and carboard recycling is FREE this year and will take place in the Central Park parking lot, near the lower level of City Hall, at 2893 145th St W.
