Ready for more in-person ASL classes?THREE (3) levels offered at The 519!
Saturdays
ASL 101
Dates: March 23rd - May 11th, 2024
Time: 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
ASL 102
Dates: May 11th - June 29th, 2024
Time: 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
ASL 103
Dates: May 11th - June 29th, 2024
Time: 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
All courses are 8 weeks and classes are 2.5 hours.
Classes are held at The 519 in Toronto, Ontario. *
Notes to be aware of:
* June 22 and June 29th will be held at a different location TBD as The 519 is not available due to Pride events.
Please note that on May 11th, students will be given the option to attend a field trip to Mayfest 2024 in Toronto OR attend class that day.
ASL 101 and ASL 102 classes will be combined that morning of May 11th - this gives ASL 101 students a chance to wrap up ASL 101 and get a taste of ASL 102 and continue on if they do wish!
If you are thinking about taking ASL 101 and 102, you can pay for two courses in your registration. ASL 102 starts with a review of ASL 101 and folks in ASL 101 can get a taste of 102 right away!
If you just want to sign up for ASL 101, go for it. You can always sign up for ASL 102 later on if you change your mind!
Sliding Scale: $95-$200*
The full course price has increased to help with costs of running the program and pay for instructors and teaching assistants! Thank you for your support!

Accessibility at The 519:
The 519 is a wheelchair accessible space. Entrance to the 519 is through the Fabernak Cafe door entrance. Washrooms are wheelchair accessible.
There are gender neutral washrooms.

Payment instalment plan available. Please indicate in your Eventbrite registration that you would like a payment instalment plan.

Classes will not run if there are not enough students.
If classes are cancelled, you will get a refund.
