We are holding our summer social on Southbourne Beach. Beach hut 1154. The idea is to run the event as a frolic - running to and from our base on the beach. Bring your own food and drink and partners / kids are welcome. BBQs allowed after 6pm. There are 3 frolic runs to choose from, all about 5km. You can run as many as you want, in singles or groups, take a break, chill out, eat, drink, swim, rest or carry on, it's all up to you. Hope to see you all there 😃😀🏃♀️🏃🍻🍹🍔🍗
