About this Event
Prioritising your own personal development
Do you, or your team, struggle to prioritise your own personal development? With so many ways to learn and develop, how do you cut through the noise and find the development which works for you?
In this session we will hear from senior CIPD members who will discuss how they go about ensuring their personal and professional development is relevant, demonstrate how these senior members use available resources to develop themselves in their careers.
We’ll also hear from CIPD’s Vivien Struthers who will outline the range of learning which is included in CIPD membership. These tools include access to the CIPD Careers Hub, which provides a wide range of resources including career assessments, a personal development planner, elevator pitch builder, and interview simulator.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to career planning and development, which is why this session will offer a varied range of learning support and advice to help you personally achieve your goals.
Speakers:
- Vivien Struthers, Senior Employer Solutions Manager, CIPD
Plus a panel of senior CIPD members.
