Born in New York and raised in Germany, she overcame a tough past and ran away from home at 16.Her song "Don't Go Missing" — produced with Grammy-nominated Kyle K2 Stewart II — won the German Rock & Pop Award in 2016 . A year later, she reached the finals of The Voice of Germany, leading to collaborations with artists like Demi Lovato, Ed Sheeran & Kelly Clarkson.In 2022, she released her debut Afro-soul album Golden State of Mind — a powerful blend of resilience and soul .
