Pro-Dance Spotlight: Class begins with an energetic warmup and stretch. Dancers will move across the floor to work on technique before learning a NFL-style combination . Choreography will focus on performance quality, style, and energy. Poms optional.

LA-born and SF-based, Vivian Luo is a professional dancer with training in ballet, jazz, contemporary, drill/high kick, songleading, ballroom, and ice dance. Vivian was performance director of Duke’s premier multicultural and multi-style dance team, Defining Movement, and has danced with a Bay Area teams, INQ and Gold Rush. She is excited to teach and share her love of dance with the community.
