The Scottish Young Lawyers Association is delighted to present a special panel event on Judicial Review in Scotland on Thursday 16th May 2024 at 6pm.

Our panellists will discuss recent Scottish cases, trends from England and Wales, the role of public interest litigation, Protective Expenses Orders and crowdfunding as means to fund Judicial Review petitions. This is a not to miss event for practitioners with an interest in public law and is TCPD authorised.
Join us in Court 1 at the Court of Session from 6:00 pm, with the panel discussion starting at 6.15pm. There will be an opportunity for a Q&A with the audience. Please submit questions in advance to [email protected].
