The fall edition of Liberty Township's Spot-A-Truck rolls back into town on Sunday, October 5 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Liberty Center, in the parking lot next to the Taylor Garage. Get an exclusive look at your favorite trucks and vehicles from the Liberty Township Public Works Department, Liberty Township Fire Department (LTFD), Butler County Sheriff's Office, West Chester Police Department and more. New to this year's event is the C3OHIO Firefighter Chili Cook-Off, adding a flavorful twist to the day's activities. Fire departments from Liberty Township, West Chester Township, Deerfield Township, Fairfield Township and the City of Monroe will bring their best recipes to the table as they compete for the community's vote. Visitors will have the opportunity to sample a variety of chili for free and vote for their favorite. All proceeds benefit C3OHIO Caring Community Collaborative.
Also, taking place during the event is a car seat safety check inside the Taylor Garage from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Certified technicians from the LTFD and Cincinnati Children's Hospital will be on-hand to perform full car seat installations and safety checks.
What a day! Did we also mention that there will be free Kona Ice, train rides and more family-friendly activities?! See you there!
