We are hosting the sports physicals event at SPHS in the athletic wing on Saturday, May 4 from 9 AM until noon. Pre-registration is appreciated. Doctors & Nurses will be available onsite. A parent is required to accompany their student, and the physical form is linked on our webpage for you to pre-fill with your students information. We hope to see you there!
