Call us for your Sports/School Physicals! Practice has started and school is about to begin again. Did you get a notice that your student can't practice without an up to date physical? Or you can't register your student? We can help!Waterford Family Medicine is hosting two school/sports physical days on Saturdays to make your busy life easier. This Saturday, August 16th and next Saturday, August 23rd, from 9 am to 1 pm. Just call 563-355-9990 to get a time set-up. We will be unable to offer immunizations or immunization wavers, but we can get everything else ready for your season/school year. Also, appointments are available during the week. You do NOT have to be an established patient. So, tell your friends, family and colleagues, and we'll get you taken care of.
