We are delighted to invite pupils in Years 7 & 8 to join one of our popular Sports Performance Days. This free event gives young athletes the chance to showcase their abilities, experience expert coaching, and try new sports under the guidance of our experienced and supportive sports staff.What's included:
✱ Morning sailing at Spinnaker Lake and a Hyrox session
✱ Lunch at FSM with our sports scholars
✱ Afternoon skills coaching and team sports (rugby, football, hockey and netball)
✱ Match tea for parents and the chance to speak with staff about the day
Whether your child is a seasoned athlete or simply enjoys sport, this day is designed to inspire, challenge, and build confidence. Prior experience is not required – just a willingness to get involved.
