Join Nate “Ox” Compton for a Sporting Clays Fun Shoot — a relaxed, skill-building session designed to sharpen your shotgun fundamentals while enjoying the challenge of moving targets. Sporting clays is often called “golf with a shotgun” — each station brings a new angle, speed, and scenario. Nate’s practical, no-nonsense coaching makes it approachable for beginners while still pushing experienced shooters to improve.

You’ll get:

• Guidance on stance, mount, and follow-through
• Shot placement and timing tips
• Coaching through multiple sporting clay stations
• A fun, supportive group shoot with plenty of feedback

• New to intermediate shotgun shooters
• Anyone wanting to build confidence with moving targets
• Those who enjoyed Shotgun Basics and want live-fire application

• Ammo: Factory shotshells only. No reloads or handloads.
• Range fee: $12 paid to Teneroc on-site.
• First time at Teneroc? Arrive early to complete their safety briefing.
• Waivers & valid photo ID required (available on-site).

• Shotgun in a safe case (unloaded)
• 50–100 rounds of factory target loads
• Eye & ear protection (custom plugs available through Rezilyent)
• Hat, sunscreen, water, closed-toe shoes
