Multi-sport classes are the heart of Sportball programming providing an amazing foundation for a lifetime of active living. We help nurture healthy minds and bodies as we guide our students through play in various sports such as hockey, soccer, and basketball just to name a few! Each week kids will learn a different sport as we coach them through a variety of skills like passing, shooting & scoring, throwing, catching and swinging. Beyond sports, these programs help support children's development through opportunities to gain confidence and competence in life. Sportball's approach is research-backed as we use the power of fun to instill life lessons while promoting physical literacy.
