About this Event
This 3 hour workshop is led by a Reiki and sound healer.... Your cells will resonate with the magical frequencies of crystal singing bowls.
Participants will be guided to release spiritual, physical, and emotional toxins from their bodies through breathwork and meditation in a space charged with Reiki energy.
You'll leave feeling amazing, ready to take on your life's challenges!

Agenda
Let The Healing Begin!
Info: We'll begin this by getting to know each other a little in this safe, beautiful space. You'll try one of my popular organic tea blends, "Just Relax" or "Smell the Flowers."
Movement
Info: As tea and talk winds down, we'll transition to gentle movement informed by Tai Chi, Qi Gong, yoga and physical therapy principles. Your nerves, your lymph, your Qi will awaken.
Breathe
Info: Then we layer breathwork on top of our movement. We are flow.
Meditate
Info: You are here, you are everywhere in you. This is a special meditation guiding you in the use of your OWN proprioception- the ability to connect with and sense issues in your own body.
Resonate
Info: My bowls will sing as you reach out to yourself, lifting you up with the purest sound. We will spend some time enjoying the melodies and then you'll be guided through the end of the meditation.
Renew
Info: We'll process the experience together, and hugs will be freely given. You'll leave refreshed and ready for life's challenges!
