Flow into the magic of Halloween with a 45-minute mat Pilates class on the beach, led by Flow Pilates Club. 🌅✨
Grab your coziest workout set (or costume-inspired sweats!) and get ready to sculpt your core, breathe in the ocean air, and connect with a like-minded community.
About Flow Pilates Club:
Flow Pilates Club is a pilates community rooted in ocean-inspired movement. As one of the core principles of Pilates, “flow” is at the heart of our philosophy. We host unique pop-up experiences along the West Coast that invite you to move, feel inspired, and connect with your calm in nature.
What to Expect:
5:30 PM: Check-in at Lifeguard Tower 28 & mingle with your ghouls (aka the community!) 👻
6:00 PM: Spooky Sunset Flow led by Brittany - open to all levels.
7:00 PM: Post-class mingling as the sun sets and the moon rises over the ocean. 🌙
All guests will receive a complimentary swag bag filled with our favorite wellness goodies and healthy treats 🍬
Towels will be provided, but feel free to bring your mat for extra comfort. Don’t forget your water bottle (hydration is the ultimate potion).
