PRESENTATION: SHE’S ALIVE – The Bride of Frankenstein at 90!
2025 marks the 90th anniversary of the release of one of the
greatest of the Universal Monster films, The Bride of
Frankenstein. Author Julian David Stone returns to our theater with
an all-new presentation on the history and making of this
masterpiece, assembled from his research as he writes the
sequel to his bestselling novel about the making of the original
1931 Frankenstein, It’s Alive!
The presentation will delve into all
the fascinating details of how this amazing film came together,
resulting in the addition of the first, and greatest, female monster
to the Universal horror cycle, as well as a deep dive into what
makes this film so unique and so wonderful.
