About this Event
Not only will you have the chance to join in on the fun on Halloween night, but you'll also get your body moving! We invite you to pair your practice with darkness to explore movement in low light. We offer complimentary mats and props, and glow light bracelets will be provided. Make your halloween costume something you can move in! Bring a friend or loved one and meet us on the mat!
Your instructor will guide you through a delicate yet playful yoga practice that fluently weaves together different styles of yoga and breath work. Do not miss the chance to learn a trick AND get a treat.
