Sign-in will be at the foyer entrance β this is the only entry and exit.
π» Facilities:
Students will use the hall bathrooms.
π§ Water stations will be provided in the foyer β we recommend students bring a small, labelled water bottle in a small bag (this also helps to hold their goodies from the trick-or-treat stand!).
π¬ Halloween Toys & Candy:
Available for sale at the disco.
Parents can pre-purchase vouchers (like last year) or students can bring cash on the night.
ποΈ Tickets & Wristbands:
Pre-purchased tickets: wristbands will be delivered to classrooms during the day.
Students with wristbands can be dropped off via Stop Drop Go (volunteer supervision required).
Students will be signed in when they arrive at the hall.
π Carpark & Vehicle Access:
No vehicle entry unless previously arranged.
π End of Sessions:
Students will be moved to the tuckshop undercover area for collection (volunteer supervision required) to allow reset for the next session.
Children being collected from Stop Drop Go Bay will have received a stamp in advance on parent advisory.
NOTE; Due to the time that the 5-6 disco concludes, there will not be a Stop Drop Go pickup available from the front of the school. Year 5-6 Students will be required to be collected from the Tuckshop area.
π§βπ Helpers:
Year 6 students will run a supervised cash (or pre-purchased voucher) trick-or-treat candy and toy stall.
Fantastic parent volunteers required to supervise.

Only parent volunteers are allowed at/around the hall.
Other parents may wait at the tuckshop undercover area until students are brought to them.
Volunteers are needed for setup, sign-in, food stall, pack down, and student drop-off & collection points.
We always need amazing volunteer helpers to make this night safe and fun for everyone!
