Doors open at 12:00pm for vendor shopping, 50/50, concessions and to check out all of our raffle items.
Auction starts at 1:00pm.
Tickets are $10 per ticket and includes 1 paddle and door prize entry.
Additional Paddles - $5 available for purchase at door
All-in Paddles will be available for purchase at door
Purchase your $10 tickets in advance by sending Venmo to @EveryKidShines and including the total number of tickets you need. We will have your name at check in and you can choose you paddles. Tickets will also be sold at the door.
We will be auctioning off some amazing donations from businesses as well as local crafters and vendors. You can win these items for only quarters!!
Bring a roll of quarters or a few and come bid for a chance to win some really great items and enjoy a fun day!! We will also have quarters available for purchase!
Since it’s Halloween themed, If you come dressed in costume, we will be giving away some best costume prizes!! No pressure, completely optional and just for fun!!!
📢What is a quarter auction❓
The quarter auction involves the local businesses donating products and services to auction off.
✔All participants bring quarters to bid on items
✔Participants may purchase 1 or more paddles. (All paddles are numbered)
✔Every time you wish to bid on an item, you must place 1 quarter or more (depending on the value of the item being auctioned) in the buckets on the table. If you have multiple paddles, you must put a quarter for each paddle
✔If you bid on an item, you hold your paddle up
✔Numbers are called at random (like Bingo)
✔Number called wins the item, only if you bid on it. If not, numbers are called until there is a bidding winner
Quarter Bid Structure
Attendees have the opportunity to bid 1 quarter to win a $25 item, 2 quarters for a $50 item, 3 quarters for a $75 item, 4 quarters for a $100 item and so on.

All proceeds benefit Every Kid Shines, a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to helping youth in sports and performing arts.
