Spook-Cuterie Charcuterie Workshop at Ministry of Brewing

Join us on Sunday, October 6th as we welcome in spooky season with a hands on charcuterie class, then stay after class for a viewing of The Menu while enjoying your creation.

Each ticket includes supplies and instruction to build your own 8x8 charcuterie board as well as a pint of Ministry of Brewing beer.

Attendees will learn the art of charcuterie including slicing cheese, styling a board in an appealing and balanced way, and the coveted salami rose.
