Event Overview: The 15th Annual Parkside Health, Safety, & Job Fair, organized by Friends of Parkside (FOP), is a cornerstone of our community outreach efforts. This event aims to address and provide solutions for key health, safety, and employment issues within our community.

Objectives:

• Health Education and Screenings: Offering free health screenings, consultations, and educational workshops to address prevalent health issues such as diabetes, heart disease, and arthritis.
• Safety Awareness: Providing resources and information to improve community safety, in collaboration with local health departments and safety organizations.
• Job Opportunities: Connecting attendees with potential employers and job readiness resources, including resume building and interview preparation.

Key Features:

• Vendor Participation: We had more 60 vendors, including healthcare providers, educational institutions, and community organizations who particpated in 2023.
• Community Engagement: The event is well-supported by the community, with 50% of attendees having attended previous fairs. The fair also sees active participation from local residents and business owners.

Sponsorship Levels:

• Platinum (limit 1): $10,000 - $15,000. Business name and/or logo included as a platinum sponsor and listed first in all press releases to media, on all print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, website, t-shirt, and health fair banners. Vendor registration fee waived.
• Gold (limit 2): $5,000-$9,999. Business name and/or logo included as a gold sponsor and listed second or third in all press releases to media, on all print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, website, t-shirt, and health fair banners. Vendor registration fee waived.
• Silver (limit 5): $2,000-$4,000. Business name and/or logo included as a silver sponsor and listed in all press releases to media, on all print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, website, t-shirt, and health fair banners. Vendor registration fee waived.
• Bronze (limit 5): $500-$1,000. Business name and/or logo included as a bronze sponsor and listed in all press releases to media, on all print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, website, and health fair banners. Vendor registration fee waived.
• Friend: $100-$499. Business name included on event posters and website.
