Thank you for your interest in sponsoring SoDA's 2025 GradX.
As a GradX 2025 event sponsor, you will be able to promote your organisation to a large, engaged and supportive Swinburne University Design and Architecture community and alumni base.
Our sponsors will be exposed to a huge network of past and present students, current and former staff members, the broader Swinburne community, as well as family and business networks across the Hawthorn and Melbourne areas.
Our marketing campaign will engage a wide audience via the GradX website, Instagram and LinkedIn and email newsletters. We’ll be promoting our sponsors at the GradX 2025 launch event, where we kick off our week-long exhibition and present our student awards.
The exhibition of students’ work at GradX 2025 is a brilliant demonstration of their passion, creativity and is a true testament to their determination throughout their degrees. GradX 2025 is the perfect opportunity to connect students with industry and foster lasting partnerships with the School of Design and Architecture community.

All funds go towards:
Student exhibition spaces that showcase our graduating students’ work to potential future employers as their first interaction as design graduates to industry.
An exhibition system staging a high-quality, industry standard space both in person and online. Trophies, award prizes and bursaries for exceptional student work.
Brand recognition can commence as soon as an agreement is made.
As every sponsor is unique, we welcome discussions about shaping a unique sponsorship agreement for you. If you would like to contribute in a different way, we also warmly invite a conversation.

SoDA GradX Sponsorship Process:
Please note payment is not made via Eventbrite. An invoice will be raised and emailed to your preferred conact after your order is placed.
- Click register.
- Select the sponsorship pack that has the amount you would like to contribute.
- Fill out the details on the form.
- There are multiple questions which ask for information to ensure you receive your sponsorship benefits.
- Once completed, you will receive a receipt from Eventbrite as a reference of your sponsorship contribution.
- Once we receive your purchase details our team will raise an invoice and email thourgh to your preferred contact (please allow 3-5 business days for the invoice to be recieved)
Please note that you will be invited to the opening night of GradX, but you do not need to sponsor the event to attend the opening night. A separate Eventbrite link will be sent out for you to register your interest.
