ISO Tack Swap team leaders: Cashiers, Public Consignment Check in and check out (might be combined depts or separate), Saddles, & possibly IT. 1. Volunteer Orientation: Only 1 session! 3/20, 6pm, in-person at 4-H office or virtually.
2. Tagging 4-H donations: 3/22 & 3/23, 5pm & 10am, respectively, 4-H office. Bring laptops.
3. Cashier Training: 3/23, 1pm, 4-H office
4. Event set-up: as many hands on deck as possible!! 3/27, 5pm, Ag bldgs A, B, C, Fairgrounds
5. Floor reorganization for check-out and clean-up: 3/29, 2pm. Fresh muscles desperately needed!
