Achieving your Front and Middle Splits requires a consistent and gradual approach. This split-focused class includes a warmup, followed by a mixture of static stretching and dynamic and strength training exercises that target the muscles used in your splits. Optional progress photos and a fun Splits Trick may be included. Open to all levels of flexibility. Yoga blocks, mats, straps, and foam rollers are provided.
