Join Christin Salazar for a 90 minute practice working towards two peak poses: splits (hanumanasana) and flying splits (eka pada koundinyasana II). Expect lots of stretching and strengthening drills to prepare the body for these more advanced asanas. Beginning with long holds in postures to lengthen muscles required for splits, followed by strengthening exercises required for splits in an arm balance.
