Like minded women only event, meeting on the beach right by the Woodfired Barrel sauna Porth Eirias Colwyn Bay. Light stretches& mind breathing with affirmations, to take our first dip or paddle what ever you choose, then to experience the warmth of the sauna, while taking in those views, building connections and conversations, with light refreshments included.
