Savor the last days of summer with Augustana Arts’ family-friendly concert: “Splash, Slither, Stomp & Soar into Arts.” This is an event you can’t miss before school starts again! Whether you’re looking for a unique day at the zoo, or to be a part of a festive event with plenty of music, lunch, and crafts, this concert is perfect for you and your family! Prepare to be taken on a journey as you introduce your little ones to classical music in an atmosphere that is fun and welcoming. You’ll hear music such as Carnival of the Animals, Flight of the Bumblebee, Haydn Symphony no. 82 “The Bear”, and others, performed by Stratus Chamber Orchestra members.
This concert will be held on Saturday, August 14th at 12pm at the Denver Zoo, and on Sunday, August 15th at 12pm at Augustana Lutheran Church (where hot dogs will be offered at a very low cost!). Get your flex-pay tickets for this event at www.augustanaarts.org.
