Deb Keirce is an artist from Ashburn, VA, specializing in charcoal drawing and oil painting. Keirce has a background of involvement in the U.S. Coast Guard Art Program, including experiences like being deployed on U.S. Cutter Stone as an artist in residence, and being a guest speaker at Quantico for the Marine Combat Art Symposium.
One of the most robust art programs of our military branches, Keirce will share an insider’s perspective on the process of working with the Coast Guard as an artist and the perks of getting involved as an artist today.
