My name is Carol Sewell and I am delighted to be bringing my modality of Breathwork to the Bisley Yurt Community. If you wish to make a booking please contact me directly or book through EventbriteI am also happy to answer any questions, queries or concerns that you may have in advance. It is important to me that those attending my events feel safe and secure in a confidential space.
This will be a beautiful, non prescriptive and intuitive Breathwork session.
SPIRITUS Breathwork has roots in Shamanic practice and trauma informed somatic releases. Together, using the magic of conscious connected breathing I will support and guide you to enter an altered state of consciousness enabling you to interrupt stagnant patterns in your autonomic nervous system, unwinding and releasing any trauma and limiting self beliefs. By gifting yourself this Breathwork, you will be healing yourself with self love, compassion and self forgiveness. This can also be an immensely empowering, liberating and euphoric experience - none are ever the same.
I work with authenticity, integrity, respect and compassion and will meet you in your own space without judgement.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow if you wish, water and a journal.
If you meet any of the following contraindications you may not be able to participate. Please contact me directly to discuss further
- History of seizures
- Severe asthma
- Heart disease, cardio vascular problems or heart conditions
- Diabetes
- Hospitalisation for any psychiatric conditions, emotional crisis or spiritual emergence within the past 3 years
- Adverse reaction from recent C Jab
- Currently pregnant
- High blood pressure
- Diagnosed severe PTSD
- Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
- Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry
- Detached retina
- Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries
- Epilepsy
- History if diagnosis of aneurisms
