About this Event
Hop on a trolley for this guided tour of select Sarasota religious buildings from each decade between the 1950s and 2000s, including some interiors. Tour stops include: St. Paul Lutheran Church Complex (1958-1970) by Victor Lundy; former Church of the Cross (1970) by James Padgett; Siesta Key Chapel (1970s) by Frank Folsom Smith and James Holladay; St. Boniface Catholic Church by various architects; and St. Thomas Moore Catholic Church Complex (1986) by Carl Abbott.

PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES AHEAD OF TROLLEY DEPARTURE TIME (10:00AM)
2-1/2-hour Guided Tour with several stops
Departs and returns to the McCulloch Pavilion, 265 S Orange Avenue
Morning Tour: 10:00am-12:30pm (check-in 15 minutes prior to departure)
Afternoon Tour: 1:00pm-3:30pm (check-in 15 minutes prior to departure)
The Tour will be led by Architecture Sarasota's Scholar in Residence, Christopher Wilson, Architecture and Design Historian at Ringling College of Art + Design
