Joy, as we explore *The Inherent Spiritual Aspects of Reality and the Multiverse*—a profound work written by her lifelong sister-friend and spiritual companion, who passed away in April 2024. This book is a powerful legacy from a woman who dedicated her life to the study of spirituality, deeply influenced by a near-death experience and her unwavering support of the Centres for Spiritual Living.
Each week, we’ll open with a *5-minute spiritual practice* to center ourselves, followed by guided discussion on key spiritual themes that include:
