"Undoing" Workshop and Ceremony.
This is a Workshop/Ceremony working to best use the energy of completion and change - to your human & your energy. As above so below.
We will be working in theory, and you will then have an opportunity to experience what you've learnt through practice.
Spiritual Hygiene + protection is a MUST when you are opening yourself in cosmic spaces and tapping into your innate, higher knowing. Spiritual Warfare is something that is NOT talked about, however needs to be. It is the real and raw world of duality, the light and the dark.
Even when working in High Vibrational Spaces, you are exposing and opening yourself up to the light and dark, especially when working within your OWN shadows and wounds.

⭐ Ceremony doors will be open at 6.45pm and I ask you to come and settle in early and get your space prepped. We are opening and sealing the container at 7pm
⭐ How do I find our room?
We are located on Level 1, which you will find as you enter the building at the front (The Main Doors)
When you exit either the lift or stairs, go through the doors and follow the hall around to your left which will lead down a long corridor. You will come to the end, and just keep following the way around, it's a bit windy hehe until you see the sign <3 and then you are there!
🌻Preparing for this Workshop + Sound Journey:
All of you is welcomed into my space. ALL OF YOU.
It's very normal to not want to come, to want to pull out if you're feeling off. This does not affect me or others. This is a scared space dedicated to your own evolution and unfolding.
The heaviness, the sadness, the anxiousness, ALL welcomed into my space. You may even start to feel emotional, triggered, anticipation, worry. This is all normal and a part of the journey.
Taking slow breathes in through your nose, and exhaling out of your mouth helps a lot with this.
Limiting caffeine and drinking water before and after is a helpful way to calm your nervous system building up to this event.
Somatic Releasing is welcomed if you want to work through movement. You do not need to lie down to journey and can take up as much space as you need.
⚜️What do I bring?
I encourage you to journey with a pillow + a warm snuggly blanket, and as we are lying down if you need extra support for your body, please bring something to lie on. Yoga mats are great.
Being warm does also make a more enjoyable and restful space for your journey.
I recommend comfortable clothing to sit or move in.
Please bring a pen and paper in case you want to take notes.
