Event location to be advised, but will be a picnic at the Beach.
BYO Picnic Rug or towel & togs in case, hat, sunscreen. Bring a journal or note book and pen. BYO WATER BOTTLE.
Julie will take you through a guided meditation to learn to switch off from the overthinking, overwhelm and learn to live in the present moment, along with drawing you an Oracle Card for some spiritual guidance for your life right now.
We will also do some journaling. Julie has been journaling since a young child, and contributes some of her life's manifestations to putting pen to paper.
Jules is passionate about getting people together to connect, make new friends, have some fun, and get out of your head and into your heart. Trust the Universe has you back. What is meant for you, shall not pass you. HAVE FAITH!
