Leadership at Heritage Church begins with a strong spiritual foundation. Our Monthly Leadership Training is designed to equip current and emerging leaders to grow personally, lead confidently, and serve faithfully.This first training will focus on what it truly means to be a spiritual leader, why spiritual leadership is crucial, and how to grow in it daily. Leaders will be challenged to deepen their walk with God and lead others from a place of overflow—not burnout. This training emphasizes the importance of daily encounters with God, being rooted in a Spirit-filled community, and sharing what God is doing in your own life with those you lead.
