Spiritual Journey Through the Landscape of the Chakras

Join us in community as we move to experience a spiritual journey through the ethereal pathways of the chakras. This energetic pilgrimage of the Soul empowers our sense of self-discovery guiding us through the seven mystical energy centers, each holding the key to understanding our innermost essence. Our Being is governed by these centers and coalesce with the Universe, from the root chakra anchored in matter and found within the Earth's embrace, to the infinite expanse of the crown chakra found within the altitudes of Universal Source.

Through the alchemy of meditation, movement, herbal wisdom, and intentional self-inquiry we can restore balance and harmony to our Spiritual Being. Delving into the tapestry of ancient wisdom, gaining insight into the influence of each chakra on our Spiritual plane.

This workshop is designed for anyone:

• seeking to better understand their unique Spiritual identity and Soul compass and the relationship each has to and with the outer world
• curious about deepening their relationship with their Spiritual Self
• open to harvesting awareness around Spiritual blocks within their chakra system and how to dissolve said blocks
• who would like to deepen their spiritual practice as a daily rhythm
• seeking to more integrate their Spiritual essence into the landscape of their yoga practice
• exploring ways to practice Spiritual / energetic hygiene as a form of self-care

During our time together we will share in:

• Readings, poetry, art, music that inspires our Spiritual expression to come alive
• Connections with Nature that dissolve separation within and between
• Reflective meditation followed by guided self-inquiry
• Gentle movement to connect more deeply with each chakra
• Herbal teas to awaken and enliven each chakra center
• Spiritual definitions to empower our Spiritual language
• Learning how to use various tools to guide and support our journey
• Identifying the four pillars or our Spiritual plane
• We will end our journey with the blessing of our Spirit chimes

All materials will be provided for attendees. We will meet once per month on the second Saturday of each month (exception is May, we will meet the first Saturday). We will explore one chakra per month. You will be encouraged to stay connected to and in practice with the month’s chakra through a guided touchstone journey.
