Over many years I have used many techniques to help myself spiritually, mentally and physically and have managed to raise my vibration considerably. It has taken a lot of work but I would not be without it. This really has changed my life. I am now sharing my wisdom with others to help raise their vibration. At this pivotal time for humanity it is more important than ever that we take care of ourselves. I use many different types of healing, meditation, breathing exercises, crystals, angels etc. During my workshops/mini retreats you will be guided through a meditation, sometimes you will receive activations to help with raising your consciousness. I always work with my intuition so each session will be different and always what is needed on the day.
