The first class: Self-Awareness and Self-Care: February 22, 2026 4:30pm to 6:30pmWelcome to the first in the series of eight classes to enhance your spiritual growth. This class is about the exploration of you. Where in, we will help to open your eyes to possibilities of who you really are behind the mask of whatever thoughts or perceptions that you, or others, have created about you. An exploration to help you understand that there is more to what you have in life than what you know, and how you can increase or expand your understanding of self.
In this class, the goal is to gain a better understanding of who you are, and how you can connect and maintain you with your spiritual self.
As part of self-care there will also be an introduction to Gua Sha an East Asian healing technique from Traditional Chinese Medicine.
