Our retreats and small and intimate, allowing for deeper connection and self-reflection. Some questions you might ask yourself: What is a meaningful life? What are my personal values? How can I tame the ego and live more from the heart? What would it mean to align with my personal values, what would my life look like? What do I need to feel connected and at peace? What concrete actions can I take to live my best life now?
This group retreat is for those that seek to change their lives or take their spiritual practice to a deeper level. You can expect to consider meditation, yoga, mindfulness, right action, forgiveness, and compassion during this retreat.
