Cord-Cutting
To begin our sacred practice, we will cut the cords to the past that are attached to behaviors or to someone tied to behaviors that you wish to shed in this new year. Erica will clear you through the use of sage & rattle. As a community, we will release these cords, powerfully, through drumming & energetic cord cutting.
Together, we will witness & encourage the release of what has been tying you to the past. With the energy you have acquired from cord cutting, you will have more power to act in a new way.
Connect with Your Power Animal
Through a sacred drumming, we will enter into non-ordinary reality to encounter your power animal for this New Year. Your power animal will be your ally for the changes that you wish to bring about this year & who will support you as move forward into your transformed future self.
Soaring above Your New Self
With the help of a winged Spirit Ally, you will be guided into a meditation to soar high above your new life in this New Year. You will see yourself from the perspective of your Highest Self without judgment or fear. Seeing yourself in this way helps to clear the path to bring your Highest Self into ordinary reality- your life, lived well.
