?How to prepare for session
1. Please avoid eating a heavy meal & alcohol the day before & after session. You can have light meal & herbal tea 2 hours before your session.
2. Be sure you are wearing loose & breathable clothes.
3. Think about what intention you may have for your healing session.
4. Come with open heart & be ready to share & let go anything you’d like to address such as heavy emotions ( fears, sorrow, grief, forgiveness), high stress or negative thought patterns.
5.Think about your intention for your Sadhu Board Practice. What you are ready to release, forgive and heal. Is there anything in your life right now that you would like to change or to attract into your life.
