About this Event

If you're feeling blocked, off balance, or just need a pick-me-up, join us for a spiritual cleanse and chakra balancing class. We'll release negative energy, reset and rebalance using gentle yoga, guided meditation, and more.

This is a very beginner-friendly class that is more about the spiritual process than the movement. Bring your yoga mat and water!

Shauntelle is RYT certified in Hatha and Yin Yoga. She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 5 years. She's also a practicing witch of 20 years, and combines these two crafts to help create powerful experiences for her students.
