A grounding crystal such as Smoky Quartz, Hematite, Black Tourmaline, or Obsidian
A new journal & pen to begin this journey of reflection
An offering of gratitude — a leaf, flower, or written note of thanks
A warm drink or cozy snack to enjoy during the circle
A shawl or blanket for grounding comfort and warmth
