Discover the canvas of consciousness and map the chakras (various incremental levels) of consciousness
Spiritual scientists from ancient India were familiar with the seven chakra system of energy consciousness, and most believed that the crown chakra was the pinnacle of spiritual achievement. The Heartfulness Guides discovered a more complete chakra system, culminating in the 16th chakra (3 lower chakras plus 13 chakras from the Heart onwards), also referred to as Central Region, the source of everything. They had opened human awareness to an entirely different dimension of existence.
We welcome you to come experience the unique energy called Pranahuti or Yogic Transmission to expedite this journey through the chakras.

- 10:00-11:00am: Explore the 16 chakras; Evolution of Consciousness
- 1 1:00-11:30am: Experience Heart Chakra and Yogic Transmission
- 11:30 - 11:50am: Technique to cleaning the Chakras
- 1 1:50-12:00pm: Q&A
A t the end of the session, we hope the participants will get a glimpse of the Spiritual anatomy and be inspired to take upon the inner journey for their own person evolution

Please note:
1 . This event is open to anyone 15 and above (Under 18 needs to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian)
2. At the venue, once you enter volunteers will request your check-in and you may be asked to take the shoes off but if you prefer to keep them on for any personal reason please let the front desk volunteers know and they will be happy to let you keep your shoes on.
3 . No Yoga mats needed to be brought unless you like to use one anyways.
4 . Casual Clothing that let's you be comfortable for the duration of the session is requested :)
