Spirits of Winterfest: Bubble Bar

Join us inside the Greater St. Louis, Inc. Lodge @ Winterfest with curated tasting experiences led by expert sommeliers and spirits educators. Each 75 minute session features a guided tasting, light education, and a take-home recipe card so you can recreate the featured cocktail to serve back at home.

Each experience is limited to 30 guests per session to keep it intimate and interactive.

From Italy to California to France—discover what makes sparkling wines from around the world unique. Join Sommelier Javia Gilliam for a guided tasting of Violet’s Paradise Sparkling Wine, Don Luchi Prosecco, and Moet Champagne.

Guests will learn the difference between Charmat and Traditional methods, understand how terroir affects bubbles, and enjoy a glass of their favorite to close the session.

*Every bottle of Violet’s Paradise breaks barriers. 100% of proceeds fund scholarships that create a more equitable and inclusive future for wine. 50% of the wine’s proceeds will go to a Virginia-based nonprofit, while the other 50% will help fund the Violet’s Paradise Agriculture Scholarship.
